was perfect
This house was perfect for our family of 5. The master bedroom was huge and the other rooms were decent size. The beds and sofas were super comfy and there were plenty of extra blankets. Plenty of sitting room with plenty of floor space still. The whole house was bigger than we expected. The kitchen had Absolutely everything we needed and more! And not too far from the beach. We have 3 small children and the walk was not too overwhelming. The house is close enough to hear the waves crash on the beach at night. It was a fabulous vacation and we will definitely be staying in the Half Back again!

easy access to the beach
The best feature of this house was the location; easy access to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Sun Realty staff was great; very friendly and responsive.

We love this home- third time we have stayed here! The kitchen is fantastic! Even the storage containers are super convenient- can’t find a single thing that is needed! Beds are comfy- sofas... not so much.

Great Vacation Rental
The home was great! The location of the home is close to the beach; walking distance to restaurants, gift and ice cream shops. The house is packed with DVD’s, and board games! There is a TV is every bedroom. Its very clean and the masters bedroom is very big. The king size bed slept my family of four effortlessly and the bed was extremely comfortable! The hot tub is fun and was located on the deck. The outside shower is very convenient after returning to the beach. The house is packed with everything and anything you will need to cook with. Plenty of plates and glasses! The owner was responsive and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking to be close to the beach and to have an enjoyable beach rental experience!
