This property features an all-floor keyless elevator entrance accessible at ground level, private saltwater pool (opens 5/7), and a hot tub. The owners thoughtfully provide sheets and towels for your stay. Each of the four bedrooms has a flatscreen TV and comfortable bedding.
The large and open great room is the perfect spot to gather and share the days adventures. There is a 65" flat screen TV, so all can enjoy their favorite shows or movies. The well-equipped kitchen has modern appliances and will delight the cook in the family! Have some fun in the recreation room with the 50" flat screen TV, and an air hockey table, or just sit outside on one of the many furnished decks and enjoy the salt air.
The private pool (heat additional $700) is just what you need to relax and work on your tan. The six-person hot tub will be sure to sooth all your cares away. The screened porch area is conveniently located at ground level adjacent to the pool and there is a refrigerator to keep your beverages and snacks frosty cold. There is also a large flat screen TV located here so that you can keep up with the the score of the big game. The large outdoor shower is on the ground level to wash off the sand and salt which you may just decide use all week! There is plenty of room to store your beach toys under the house on the concrete pad. The owners have thought of everything at Salty Attitude.

perfect for us
The house was perfect for our family! The pool and the hot tub were fantastic, and the walk to the beach was super short! The kitchen was well stocked and made eating in easy. All the sofas and beds were great! I loved the allergen cases in all of the mattresses and pillows.

Kitchen was nice, not extravagant but not for want of anything either. An awesome webber gas grill, but has so much build up in the bottom of it. Master bed on upper level is starting to show its legs and has a noticeable slope, but is overall comfortable. Need updates to the toys in game room.

we fell in love
We fell in love with this house! We loved all of the king beds! The sofas were very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed. I loved the organization!! From the decor, to the furnishings, to the pool…it was all perfect!!

Wonderful Home!
We usually rent oceanfront but we able to find your house last-minute so we snatched up the week. I will say it's a beautiful home with fabulous amenities, but my MOST FAVORITE thing of all was the elevator. It made it a breeze to pack/unpack, and since some of our guests aren't spring chickens, we were spoiled rotten taking the elevator!
The only thing we wished for was a bathroom on the bottom level (in the screened-in porch room, which has everything but a loo!)
p.s. if you like outside showers, this house has a LARGE outside shower area. We didn't even use the shower in our bathroom all week!!!
We loved the layout of the house, because with multi-generational guests (from 1 to 56 years old), it was nice to have the ability to spread out. We would definitely recommend this house more than any one we have stayed at before. (And this realty was ALSO the most professional and the friendliest company we've ever dealt with on OBX, so we will DEFINITELY rent from them again!)

Thank you for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home. We have been to the OBX 4 or 5 times now. This is truly the best house that we have ever rented. For not being oceanfront it was great that we had a view and sounds of the ocean. The house is a new build and didn’t disappoint. The large tv made for a great movie night. The screened in porch for grilling and tv room with a fridge and full sink was a great touch. The hot tub had ran out of chemicals and they came the next day to fix the issue. Only thing I would ever ask for is to open up for pets but understand that too. We have already reserved for next year. Thank you very much

Beautiful home, very close to beach. Per my daughter, it is the best stocked kitchen she's ever seen in a rental. Only negative comment is la lack of a bench or steps to get in and out of the hot tub. Will love to think of renting it again

Lux Digs, amazing location
We were honored to be able to stay in this home for it's inaugural summer! It's a short walk to the beach (some stairs to a boardwalk but EASY). This is a great location, you can walk to many restaurants nearby and you are very close to the grocery store. It would be a great location for bikes too. The light in this home is beautiful and it's beyond grammable. Everything is new, modern, and designed very well. There is an elevator that is super helpful to get your initial luggage/ groceries to the right floors. The kids will want to play on it, but there is no reason to use it other than loading in/out; the stairs are very easy and there is even a private entrance for the first floor. My husband and kids stayed on that floor and my husband's parents stayed at the top level so we had space and privacy--a big plus! I love the fact that there is no carpet here--great for my kid who tends to have allergies act up around carpets. The pool is small but very nice and there is a great screened in porch right off of the pool. The only change I would make is the pea gravel around the pool, but besides that I really wish I could have stayed permanently! Another impressive feature is the abundance of electrical outlets around the house, and YES even in the screened in porch and garage area! The shower outdoors has HOT water and hooks for towels and clothes. It's a very generous size so you can keep people organized. Of course you have beautiful views from the top level kitchen/ dining/ gathering area. The decor is very beach chic like what you would see on HGTV and adds to the luxury. You will feel like royalty here! I only wish it was a bit larger so I could stay here with even more of my family!
