Perfect family home
This was a wonderful home for our family!! Very well stocked kitchen and so much room. Our family loved everything about the home especially how close the beach access was!!

great location
Great location with easy access to the beach! Open floor plan made it great for a group! The kitchen was really spacious and had all the necessities. The beds were super comfy! Sofas/futons were decent (and completely appropriate in a pet-friendly home).

perfect house
It was a perfect house and much bigger than we thought it would be and very close to the beach!! Our family had a wonderful time. The kitchen had everything we needed and more!! We actually overpacked for the kitchen. The king bed in the master was amazing!

had a great time
We had a great time in Changes in Latitude. The screened in porch was the best. Beautiful surroundings. I wish it had a few more tv's and concrete underneath. Loved the kitchen. Bedding seemed good. Futons in the living room were not the most comfortable. Just a few regular sofas would be nice.

House for the most part comfortable however due to underneath of the house being all sand, when you open the doors the sand follows you in and it’s difficult to remove. Beds were very comfortable but the material on the two sofas are not comfortable. Refrigerator could be replaced.

close to the beach
We enjoyed this house as it was a lot bigger than we though and it was close to the beach! It was slightly strange that the kitchen drawers did not have handles, but we made it work! Beds and living area were comfy!

I wish it had one more bathroom and a view of the water but other than that it was a great house. The kitchen had everything we needed but the fridge is in an awful location. Beds were much better than other houses we have stayed in.

nice overall
House was fairly nice overall. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with the basics. The refrigerator needs some help as the shelf above the crisper drawers would not stay up causing it to lean. Door shelf brackets need to be replaced, will not stay in place causing items to fall out on each door opening. Beds and living room furniture was passable on the comfort level, Living room furniture could have been better as far as comfort goes. The outdoor shower could use some slope to it as the shower water will not run off and you end up standing in the dirty soapy water.

Great location!
This was our first time staying at this house and we were so impressed by the amount of space and proximity to the beach. Our stay was, unfortunately, cut short due to Hurricane Arthur, but we enjoyed the time we had there! Hope to make it back next year!

Fantastic house!
This is by far the best house we have ever stayed in while vacation in the OBX! For the price it was huge and the lay-out was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Sun Realty for making our vacation that much betwr!
