Welcome to the Shark Shack in Avon! This pleasant and comfortable home has a furnished sundeck where you can enjoy the morning ocean breezes with a cup of coffee. Kick back on the updated living room furniture for a movie night with family. With wood floors and a well-equipped kitchen, Shark Shack has what you'll need to feel right at home.

Guests will enjoy use of an Olympic-sized community pool and tennis courts at the Kinnakeet Shores facility located behind our Avon office. This rental is located 400 feet from the beach access at the end of the street. You'll be just a few miles from the grocery store and lots of fun shops to find a perfect Outer Banks souvenir. Your family will truly enjoy their vacation at Shark Shack.

Overall

Loved the proximity to the beach!! The kitchen was well equipped but the racks in the dishwasher were damaged and should be replaced. Overall the kitchen could use a little sprucing up and it would be perfect! The living room furniture was very comfy! The beds were a little too soft. Adding a hot tub would be amazing! We also would have liked a gate at the top of the deck would have been perfect for the dogs!

Overall

We loved the location - great beach access easy walks to food…it was great! The master bed was a bit saggy in the middle but we loved the living room furniture! The outdoor shower could use a little sprucing up but it wasn’t terrible.

The ability of the pool heater to raise the water to the desired temperature may vary based on weather conditions. Extremely cold or windy weather may impact its performance. Heating may take longer than expected under these weather conditions, and the heater may be unable to obtain the expected water temperature. Guests may experience potential deviations from target temperatures. Hot tubs are open year-round, unless otherwise specified. Should you have any questions regarding the pool at your vacation home, please feel free to contact us.
