Sea Breeze features a queen en suite with private bath and flat screen TV, queen bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. Spend your morning sipping coffee and listening to the sound of waves breaking on the shore. Shopping, restaurants and the Avon Pier are easy to get to from the multi-use path along Highway 12. Community beach access is a short 275 feet away. Ground level decking under the house makes unloading quick and easy.

great house
This was a great house! The kitchen was very well equipped! Beds were comfortable, the living room furniture had some stains, which we were made aware of before arrival and we appreciated that they sent someone out to have those cleaned!

fishing trip with the guys
Overall, it was just fine for a fishing trip with the guys. We'd stay there again. Needs an extra 25' of water hose. Really need to extend that to wash off trucks. Luckily, we carried a spare hose.

Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. So close to the beach. Perfect size for a small family.
