Community beach access is a short 275 feet away. The ground level decking under the house makes unloading quick and easy.
*Sea Breeze is pet-friendly. The owners are willing to accommodate up to 4 dogs. Please call the Avon office at (252) 995-5865 for approval and to have the additional pet fee applied.
