This affordable Duck vacation retreat has both sunrise and sunset views, wonderful amenities and easy beach access. The Salt Life is a spacious, well-maintained home with a great location in the charming town of Duck. Bring your bikes and enjoy an easy bike ride to the shops, restaurants, and the town’s sound front boardwalk!
Start your mornings off with beautiful views from the main deck right off the kitchen. The drip coffee maker, Keurig and stainless-steel coffee grinder guarantee your morning brew will taste just right as you watch the beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. Colorful sound side sunsets will capture your attention in the evenings as you take in the views from the large, wrap-around decks and crow’s nest. Ample decking provides plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing in the coastal breeze. The large flat screen TV in the family room will keep your family entertained after a fun day at the beach. All decks are gated (perfect for the little ones and the dogs). The widened driveway can accommodate 5-6 average-sized vehicles.
The Salt Life is located in the popular community of Snow Geese and is just minutes from the pristine beaches (approximately 600 feet). This neighborhood has private access to the wide and clean beaches of Duck and is a short bike ride to charming Duck Village, where you’ll find an array of wonderful restaurants and unique shops. You're sure to find this seaside village both welcoming and charming. Many other attractions are a short drive away including the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Whalehead Club, and Carova, the famous four-wheel drive area where wild horses still roam the northern beaches.
