The All Out Pink Road Race begins in the scenic venue of Elizabethan Gardens in Manteo, NC. This challenging and calculated course will take you toward Old Manns Harbor Bridge through a series of beach roads. 5K group will not be crossing the Bridge. Join us to raise awareness and funds for a worthwhile cause.Proceeds go to benefit Outer Banks cancer research and support efforts along with survivor groups.
