My experience was amazing

My experience was amazing. The house was absolutely perfect for wedding party. Everyone loved having their own room and bathroom! Great communication with the owner! Easy directions well listed throughout house! Beautiful outdoor area, pool and hot tubs! Would definitely rent this house again in a heartbeat!

Sun Realty tops the list for Customer Service.

Sun Realty was a great rental company to deal with. Their overall communication is above and beyond what we have experienced with other OBX companies. We had a small issue, contacted them. The issue was addressed within hours, and they called and emailed to make sure the issue was addressed and that we were satisfied with the response to our initial call.

Sun Realty - The best in the Outer Banks!

I remember seeing Sun Realty signs around the Outer Banks as a child. When I became older and had my own family, they were the first people I went to when I decided to rent a house for vacation. I’ve found the process to be very easy and haven’t had any issues to date over the years.

Great Communicators!

Sun Realty was very responsive to our questions and comments--easy check-in and check-out procedures. It was great to be able to text or call and get answers quickly and not tie up our precious vacation time waiting on responses. The whole process of renting online, checking the client portal, and communicating about incidentals was very easy. We were a bit confused about check out time due to a discrepancy between on-line info and info posted on the frig in the house, but this was easily cleared up with a quick call.
