In addition to ocean and sound access, Northpoint boasts a community pool complex featuring a 50x20 heated glass-enclosed swimming pool and separate men's and women's changing facilities. Northpoint also offers two tennis courts, picnic tables, a basketball goal and 100' pier on the Currituck Sound. Be sure to take in the amazing sunsets from this vantage point!
Northpoint is located just a short distance from charming Duck Village, where you'll find a treasure trove of art galleries, gift stores, boutiques, and many fine Duck restaurants. Note: Northpoint's indoor pool is typically open from the beginning of April through the beginning of November. The pool is heated from April to May and from mid-September to November 1st.
