Sun Realty is pleased to welcome Shannon Kinser as their new Marketing Director. Shannon has over 13 years of local marketing, sales and business development experience. She has counseled entrepreneurs on their startup ventures, assisted business owners with their strategic plans and supported the marketing efforts of profit and non-profit organizations. Shannon is proficient in social media, email and engagement marketing, event planning and promotions, public relations and search engine marketing. She brings a passion for web analytics ROI efficiencies to her new role.
Shannon will oversee the marketing efforts for Sun’s 7 offices, which provide services that include vacation rental management, residential and commercial real estate sales, HVAC service, general maintenance, pool and spa services and linen service. She is a long time local and is excited to promote her love for the Outer Banks through Sun’s services to rental guests, owners and prospective buyers.

Shannon has a BS in Marketing from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington. She is very active in the community, serving as a Charter member and Past President of the Currituck Wild Goose Rotary Club, Assistant Governor for the Rotary District, and has two energetic sons, Adam, 8 and Alex, 4.
