our third stay here
This was our third time staying at OBNIX and we plan to be back! Perfect size for our family of three and our dog. Great location! Beds and couch were more comfortable than previous stays so that was great! Kitchen had everything we needed.

We loved the house, especially the amazing pool and hot tub and the close location to the beach and shops. We liked the volleyball court (although it could use some attention) and appreciate that chairs and beach supplies were provided!

great location and pool
The home is well stocked, just could use some updates, including more comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped, but the burners are not very strong, making it difficult to boil water in the thicker pans. The location and pool could not be beat!

Great house
We loved this house. The location was a short walk to the beach via access right next to the property. The pool area was very spacious with plenty of furniture and a closet full of floats for guest use. The pool was not cleaned while we were there and the bottom did have a lot of debris. We were a group of 2 families and we did not feel crowded. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We were also impressed at how clean it was especially being pet friendly. The house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy OBX!

Nice home in a great location!
OBNIX is a nice home, perfect for 2 families to share. We loved it's location right on the Sailfish walkway, it takes just a 5 minutes walk to get on the beach. We were 2 families of 4 people (3 of our group are teenagers and we had our dog with us too) and we never felt like we were crowded, there's plenty of common space to spread out in and the bedrooms, while not huge, accommodated everyone in our families nicely. The kitchen was large and well stocked with all the items we needed to dine in if we wanted to. The salt water pool was terrific, large by comparison with other OBX properties and the hot tub was nice to have. One thing that we all enjoyed was access to the deck, the yard, and the pool and hot tub from 3 of the 4 bedrooms, it was very convenient! We were pleasantly surprised to find a closet on the ground level that was full of pool and beach gear waiting for us! Floats, chairs, boogy boards, a beach cart! Overall, this is a nice, well-stocked home in a great location in Corolla with nice ocean views from the decks and the main floor. We wished that the cleaning crew could have been a little more detailed about removing the last guests' food spatters from the appliances, cabinets, and counter tops, but I wouldn't let it stop me from recommending this house based on its many positives!
