Fleur de Sea is centrally-located oceanfront vacation home with beautiful ocean views, a covered porch, and a private beach access with a dunetop deck, leading to the beautiful sandy beaches of Kill Devil Hills. The unique layout features two separate ground level living areas, each with its own entrance, bedrooms, and bathrooms, offering added privacy for teens, friends, or extended family. Three additional bedrooms are located upstairs, providing plenty of room for your group.

Updates for 2027 include a hot tub and a kitchen updates - stay tuned for photos!

The spacious kitchen and multiple dining areas, both indoors and outdoors, make it easy to gather for meals throughout your stay. Outside, a private walkway leads directly to the beach, with no stairs to navigate between the home and the shore.

With a larger lot, open space beneath the house, and a mix of classic beach cottage character and tasteful updates, Fleur de Sea is a great place to settle in for your next Outer Banks vacation.

Just 0.2 miles north of Avalon Pier and Stonefish Beach Bar, Fleur de Sea is conveniently located near fishing, arcade games, live music, and waterfront drinks. When you're ready to explore, you'll also find plenty of local attractions, restaurants, and shops nearby, including Awful Arthur’s Oyster Bar, Chilli Pepper’s Coastal Grill, Front Porch Café, Seagate North Shopping Center, Hayman Park, Paradise Fun Park, and more.
