Since beginning my journey with Sun Realty in 2007, I’ve worn many hats — from personal coordinator to property consultant, and now as rental manager since 2017. I’ve had the pleasure of helping homeowners just like you care for and grow the value of their investment properties while preserving the character and charm of these villages that I love so much. Building relationships — with guests, owners, and our dedicated local team — has always been the foundation of my work.
Even though I’ve recently relocated back to Pennsylvania to be near my granddaughters, my heart (and my work!) remain firmly rooted in Rodanthe, Waves, and Salvo. With the support of our exceptional local staff and reliable remote tools, I continue to oversee every detail with the same dedication and personal touch I always have.
