"Smart Pay Plan" Pays Off For You!
Sun Realty's innovative Smart Pay Plan (or 1-2-3 Pay) allows your guests to make smaller, more manageable monthly payments. The concept is pretty simple:

  • Several small payments are psychologically less intimidating than two large payments.
  • Industry research shows that travelers are more likely to book and more likely to follow through with their vacation plans when a flexible payment plan is available.
  • National companies such as Expedia.com have had great success with this strategy. In today's "Have It Your Way" world, vacationers prefer to do business with companies that offer convenience and flexibility.

Sun Realty proactively identified the demand for flex payments and developed a program to meet your guests' needs. Response from guests has been overwhelmingly positive. We're pleased to report that the overall attrition rate for 2010 Pre-Reserve vacations dropped by an impressive 15% compared to last year.  By offering flexible payment options, Sun Realty is able to retain a greater number of reservations. What does this mean for you? More confirmed reservations and more revenue in 2010!

Please note that your rental income is distributed a bit differently for flex payment reservations:

  • You may see commission charges on your monthly statement before money has been distributed to your account. Rest assured that you will receive the correct amount of rental income. As your guest makes subsequent payments, funds will be dispersed to your account. 
  • It may take a bit longer for money to make it into your pocket, but Sun Realty's flex payment plans make it easier for you to obtain and keep reservations.  Given the soft national economy and the ultra-competitive OBX rental market, flexibility is the name of the game in 2010.
