Had a great time and loved the location! Beds were comfy. The stove would be my only complaint. It took longer than the recommended time to cook food in the oven.

This was a great house! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay but could use some updates. All beds and sofas were comfy. Additional pillows and blankets needed and prefer beds made with linens and towels provided.

loved the beach access
Great location! We loved the beach access. Very clean. Housekeeping did a fabulous job. Realty company very pleasant to work with. Beds & baths were great. A few recommendations: need to upgrade the living room furniture. Felt like they were deck furniture. Don’t mind it was dated, just needs to be more comfy & fluffy. The cushions were flat & the couch sounded horrible when sitting in it. Also need to upgrade the outdoor chairs. The white plastic chairs were so cheap. All the other neighbors had decent wooden heavy furnishings.

pool was fantastic
The solar heated pool was fantastic. You can tell it is an older home but it is clean. The living space was a little small for 2 families (4 adults/5 kids) but we spent most time outside. The beds were fine but the rooms were very bright so plan on waking up with the sun.

Great Location
Home was the perfect size for two families with kids. Kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub.
Beach access in front of the house was convenient. Location is perfect for a short drive to the aquarium on the mainland, or a visit to the lighthouse down south.
Overall, no complaints at all. Would definitely rent from Sun Realty again!

Great family home
Great home for a small family. Super clean! Location in Frisco on cul-de-sac made for perfect location with across the street beach access ((Dune is kind of steep but the view is worth it)).Newly installed carpet , decks and paint make it pop! Pool is great for the whole family and the hot tub is perfect location to watch the stars at night! Would recommend adding some more basic kitchen utensils but otherwise would definitely rent again!

Great rental house!!! Well kept older home that has recently had exterior painted and new railings which look great! Made a few suggestions to make it top notch but certainly a great family place to vacation!

This location and amenities, such as the location to the beach, pool and the hot tub, were fantastic. This dead end street had the ice cream man come by at least 4 times a day, which my grand daughter loved. This is an older home but very clean and everything functioned properly. The heated pool is nice for a night swim also! I felt it was a good value for the price.
