Beach Bella is a large, well-appointed oceanside home in Southern Shores boasting countless amenities the whole family is sure to enjoy.

Revel in ocean and sunrise views from the top level wraparound deck while sipping your morning coffee. The large, open great room is the perfect spot for the family to gather for breakfast before a long day at the beach, just a short walk away. A parking pass is also provided for parking at any of the Southern Shores Civic Association beach parking lots.

Beach Bella is designed to deliver complete convenience, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their time on the Outer Banks.

The 3-person elevator makes transporting groceries and luggage a breeze. All 6 of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, offering privacy for everyone. Two half baths on the top and lower levels offer easy access. The workspace on the top level is ideal for remote working or learning.

During nights in, the lower level rec room provides hours of entertainment with a pool table, Foosball table, TV, and wet bar/kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator.

Cool off on those hot summer days in the private 11x29 pool, or relax and take in the day's adventures in the bubbling hot tub. Rinse the day away in the outdoor shower!

The pool is available from 4/15/2024-10/20/2024. Pool heat is an additional $350 fee.

Pack lighter, as sheets and towels are provided.

2 parking passes are available with a $15 deposit per pass for Southern Shores amenities in 2024.

Mid Level: 3 king en suites with private baths (2 with deck access), pyramid bunk with trundle en suite with private bath.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD, stereo/CD player with surround sound, large kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area, workspace, half bath, king en suite with Jacuzzi and shower with deck access.
