The top level living area boasts plenty of comfortable seating for family movie night and cathedral ceilings, providing a bright and airy feel. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances and countertop seating for 3, while the adjoining dining area offers seating for ten.

Close to many Outer Banks attractions, The Village at Nags Head community is also perfect for walking, biking and running. The Outer Banks Mall is just a short walk away, offering two grocery stores, shopping, and local restaurants including Woo Casa, Yellow Submarine, and Duck Donuts.

Nags Head Golf Links is an 18-hole championship course. Golf Digest has noted that "the holes along the sound are among the most beautiful in the eastern United States." The clubhouse features a restaurant, lounge, golf shop, and locker rooms.

Starting in 2024, the Village of Nags Head will no longer offer a shuttle service.
