short walk to the beach
This house was in a great location, short walk to the beach and quiet neighborhood. The pool was great. Beds and living room furniture was comfy! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need.

surpassed our expectations
This house surpassed our expectations! We had a wonderful time celebrating lives and spending time with family. The beds and living area seating was very nice. We had plenty of room for the 9 of us. The elevator was a nice touch when bringing in groceries and suitcases. The kitchen was equipped fairly well. The only missing was a 9x13 pan for baking. Otherwise you had everything you would need for cooking/baking.

our 5th stay here
Everything is there that you need. King size bed on top floor is swaggy. definitely needs upgraded. The kitchen is well equipped.... could use larger coffee cups LOL All of our crew love the lighthouse. This is our 5th stay at this house. We will be back for two weeks in 2022

easy walk to beach
We enjoyed the house and location. Easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was pretty well equipped for our stay. Loved having 2 refrigerators especially for food for a large group. I cleaned the stove burners as best I could. If everyone cleaned their spills it would help. Great having linens supplied and the beds made. Unfortunately being short of house cleaners we didn’t get in until almost 8:30. The young lady cleaning was very nice and worked very hard to get us in as soon as possible.

I would stay again. Kitchen is very well stocked! Mattresses definitely could use an upgrade but more than enough seating areas! Swings on one of the decks would be nice!

Amazing House
My husband and I rented this house for two weeks and extended for another week. This house was immaculate upon arrival. It is so well maintained. Hot tub and pool service come every two to three days. You cannot beat the location. So much bang for the buck. Although, we only used the top floor, we wanted the pool, hot tub and proximity to the beach. This is an amazing house, especially for people with families. We could not be one bit happier with our stay. I highly recommend if it’s available rent it ASAP before it’s gone. Everyone at sun realty is amazing too. So helpful and professional.
