OBX-ta-Sea features a large recreation room with a pool table, wet bar, fridge, and large screen TV. No fighting over the remote with all the smart TVs. Everyone can watch what they want and can stream their personal shows. Two stereos with surround sound will help you set the mood for your family dinners. A gas fireplace is available from October to April. This home is close to Outlets Nags Head, great for shopaholics! You can walk to Jennette’s Pier, Sam and Omies, Owens, The Dunes, and Nags Head Soundside Park.

The private pool is generally open from April 20th - October 19th in 2024. Pool heat is available for $400 per week. This home is smoke-free.
