Sip your morning coffee on the large top level soundfront sun deck featuring comfortable and modern outdoor furniture. Dine Alfresco on the extra large table overlooking all of the stunning views Kitty Hawk Bay has to offer. At the days end, the top deck is the perfect setting to watch the sunset.

All four cozy and well-decorated queen en suites on the mid level offer private baths, flat screen TVs, and deck access. The welcoming office on this level is perfect for cozying up with your favorite book or working remotely before stepping out onto the soundfront covered deck to take in the views.

On the ground level you will find a full bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and a shared full hall bath. Enjoy some friendly competition with a game of pool in the rec room which also features a full size refrigerator and a wet bar. Step outside to the gated saltwater pool surrounded by gorgeous sound views. Relax and enjoy lounge chairs, shaded seating, a hot tub and a poolside Tiki bar. There is an out door shower for a quick refresh before the evening activities. A six person hot tub with lighting for evening use. Our Favorite!

We have been coming to the Outer Banks for many years and this house was our favorite so far! Nothing beats the sound views! Loved the addition of the pool table that happened recently as well as other upgrades. The house is in excellent shape and we felt very at home during our week! Loved using the community dock right in front of the house. We rented paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes which in our opinion is a must for staying on the sound! We will return soon!

This was a beautiful home and well taken care of. We will definitely stay there again. The view of the water was breathtaking and sitting on the pier was so much fun. All the bed were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed.
