Located in the tropically-themed Bermuda Bay neighborhood and centrally-located in Kill Devil Hills, OBXoXo is within driving distance to many attractions that the Outer Banks has to offer, but is tucked away just enough to give you the privacy needed for a relaxing vacation. You have found your destination if you are looking for seclusion, relaxation, and a great place to watch the sun set as you kick back after a long day at the beach or at Bermuda Bay’s one-of-a-kind community pool.
This second-story unit with two bedrooms is enhanced with flat screen televisions and two bathrooms. Among its bedrooms, there is a king en suite with handicap-friendly features (wider doors for wheelchair accessibility and a walk-in shower). The other bedroom has two twin beds and there is also a den area equipped with a futon and flat screen TV. From the front porch you will be pleased with views of both pond and sound.
Sheets and towels are provided for full-week reservations only.
OBXoXo offers access to the most unique community pool on the Outer Banks featuring a lazy river, spiral slide and many other kid-friendly features reminiscent of a miniature water park, all within walking distance from the unit. When the kids (big or small) have gotten their feet wet and are ready to take on the ocean OBXoXo is only a short drive to the nearest beach access on Ocean Bay Drive. Kill Devil Hills Ocean Rescue headquarters shares the access making it a wonderful, safe area to take the kids out for a swim.
Once you have had enough fun in the water dry out visiting the many historical sites on the Outer Banks. The birthplace of flight and Wright Brothers monument is a five-minute walk from Bermuda Bay or pack the kids up in the car and head north to see the wild horses of Corolla or south to Roanoke Island and the Lost Colony. OBXoXo is truly right in the middle of the action.

Enjoy a sunset from the beautiful sound side dock and pier. You can use this area for paddle boards and kayaks. A code is needed for access to this pier, please reach out to the rental office for the code.
The HOA at Bermuda Bay does NOT allow trailers of any kind. They will tow them on site. No Trailers of any size.

great experience
All in all, we had a great experience. The home was clean, well laid out, and conveniently located close to shops and restaurants on the OBX! Beds and sofas were comfy enough! The mattress in the master bedroom was very firm but after a long day on the beach, we were just happy to have a place to rest. Kitchen was well laid out and any utensils, pots, and pans we may have needed were available for use.

Great condo with a great location! The living area was very comfortable. The mattresses for the twin beds could have been more comfortable, but the kitchen was well equipped.

Really enjoyed our stay. Came down for my sisters wedding and always stay in a hotel wherever I travel. This was a great experience and would consider this again.

our absolute favorite vacation
Even though the master bed was hard and our 13 year old daughter would of loved her own tv AND finding those " devil balls" ( that's what I called them, but it's those spikey balls that go into your skin and hurts like the devil and you gotta pull them out. Then they stick in your fingers!) all over the carpet all week. Just when I thought we got them all, we would find more. However, putting those 3 things to the side, it was our absolute favorite vacation in the obx to date. We absolutely want to rent this unit again next year, same time!
