This 4 bedroom, 3 bath retreat in Kill Devil Hills is a great place for the next family vacation. With a classic H-Design everyone will be comfortable and have plenty of room. The addition of the Recreation Room with Foosball Table downstairs allows for even more space to spread out or come together for family game nights. The rooftop deck is the ideal place for relaxing and working on your tan while taking in an ocean view. The mid-level covered deck is the perfect place for relaxing in the shade and taking it easy. Positioned on a small side street in Kill Devil Hills, you will be away from the hustle of the main roads, yet near many great local attractions. This home is a short walk to a public pier and gazebo, on the sound, where you will have breathtaking views of amazing sunsets. Also, there is a public boat ramp in the neighborhood as well. There is plenty of room for trailered boat parking and a fish cleaning table for the avid fisherman.

After a long day on the beach, cool off in the outside shower and relax under the spacious carport before heading out to see the nearby attractions that make the Outer Banks different from any other beach. You’ll only be a few miles from Jockey’s Ridge and the Wright Brothers Memorial. A little further down the road, you will find Bodie Island Lighthouse. You will also find yourself near some of the most desirable Outer Bank's best restaurants and plenty of places to shop until you drop!

Remodeled kitchen. Both bathrooms have new mirrors and cabinets. New living room furniture. New sofa and love seat. Dining now seats 8. TV stand with shelving and electric fireplace. Futon in the game room.

Ground Level: Outside you will find driveway and carport with parking for 4 cars. A picnic table, hot tub and outside shower are also in the carport area. Inside on the ground level features dry entrance, recreation room with Foosball table and TV, futon, full bathroom and laundry room.

Top Level: Outside, there is a covered deck and roof top sun deck. Inside features a kitchen, living room, dining area, 2 queen bedrooms, full hall bath, bedroom with one twin bed and a pyramid bunk that connect via a Jack-and-Jill bath to a queen bedroom.

Perfect house for a family vacation

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Our 2 small kids (and dad) enjoyed the Wii and foosball table in the game room. The layout was perfect for hanging out and departing for quiet time. The outdoor space with porches, grill, and hot tub made relaxing and enjoying outside a blast. The most amazing thing was how well cared for and maintained this house was, and how the owners clearly had their guests in mind by all of the little "amenities" they made available for use (beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, and a Wii well stocked with super fun games). This is the first home I've reviewed in the 7 years we've stayed in OBX with Sun Realty, and I would recommend this home to anyone!
