The bright and inviting interior welcomes you with comfortable furnishings and nautical decor. South facing windows allow lots of natural light to brighten up your day. The well equipped kitchen has a small breakfast bar and a very pleasant dining area. A sliding door leads to a deck that has the hot tub and a picnic table if you choose to dine outside under the stars.
Three bedrooms all feature coastal decor and comfortable beds so that each morning you awaken refreshed and ready for the day’s adventures. The top level sun deck offers a slight horizon view of the ocean, and is the best place to work on your golden glow. WiFi is provided so that you can stay connected while you vacation. Three flat screen TVs, an XBOX 360 game console, and books will keep you entertained.
This home is pet friendly, so that your best friend can enjoy the beach with you.

LOVED Sea Diamond
Our family of 4 LOVED Sea Diamond. It was very comfortable. The kids had their own rooms, we had the master bedroom and it was lovely. The beds were great! Brought our own linens. We did not feel cramped. The kitchen was perfect--almost too many dishes. It has everything and anything you need! Enjoyed the hot tub, the crows nest and all the rooms of this lovely gem. Would love to rent it again in the future!

best house I have stayed
This is the best house I have stayed in over my 30 years of visits to Cape Hatteras. It will be my go-to house from now on. We only used the master queen. It was very comfortable. Pillows were also very nice. The kitchen had the basics. I liked the fact that it was not cluttered with tons of kitchenware and duplicates. Would have liked some glass glasses.

It was a nice house. It just needs a little less decorations and a light in the fan in the living room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was nice with the bedding and living space.

Sea Diamond
Wonderful house. This was the house we rented for our honeymoon. It was wonderful. Didn't want to leave. Already planning a trip back for our second anniversary.

Favorite house
This is my favorite house in Avon. It is small and perfect for us at the right price. The hot tub is our favorite part of the house. Love sitting in the hot tub after a long day on the beach.
