location was awesome!
The location was awesome! All beds were comfy with the exception of the bunk beds. They were very noisy. The kitchen was well equipped.

This house was great for multiple families with children. Very short walk to the beach. Great pool, hot tub, grill, and outdoor shower. Beds were comfy. Sofas were okay. The kitchen was well equipped, clean, and had everything we could need.

We so enjoyed our stay at Beach N Sunrise. This house was perfect for our family. Only two houses down from the beach access made it a quick trip and on the days that were just too hot or windy for beaching with a new baby the pool was fantastic! Kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be making a return trip next year.

Great Time
We had a great week in this house. It has been recently updated inside and out. Has a very warm and cozy feel. Everything worked well in the house. Has a wonderful view of the ocean and a short walk to beach access. Modern kitchen that was well stocked with all the items needed. Pool and hot tub where well maintained. Highly recommend this place.

Beach n Sunrise
We had a wonderful week in this house. The location is perfect for a house that is not directly on the beach. The views are beautiful and it is a short walk across the beach road to get to the beach. The house is an older house that has all the modern conveniences. Bedrooms are small but the rest of the house is a good size. It has a beautiful pool. The downstairs bedroom is not connected to the rest of the house from the inside. You must go outside to go down there. My only complaint was that there was a leak in the master bedroom bathroom sink that I reported to the realty company but it was not repaired while we were there. That was an inconvenience because we had to use another sink.

Great Family Vacation
We had a great family vacation in Kitty Hawk this year! We normally stay right on the beach, but with our kids getting older, we wanted to try having a pool (which is hard to find right on the ocean.) This property gave us the feel of being right on the beach--as there are no houses blocking the view and beach access is right across the street. The pool was amazing! The house is older--but it's a classic beach house and we loved it! It had enough space for us to all be together, yet find time alone as well. Other reviews spoke of the deck and plumbing needing repaired--obviously that was taken care of as we had no issues. Thanks for a great week!
