Maintenance Technician:
We are hiring Full Time, career oriented Maintenance Technicians to service homes from Nags Head to Corova. We are looking for courteous, motivated, professional applicants with positive attitudes. Applicants will be working in a fast- paced environment and must be able to work independently.
Requirements:

• Must live locally.
• Have a clean driving record and valid NC driver’s license.
• Have 1+ years general property maintenance experience.
• Have the ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
• Be able to tolerate various weather conditions.

HVAC Residential/Light Commercial Technician/Installer:
Individuals will work in fast-paced, high energy service positions. Successful candidates will be positive, courteous, motivated, and possess excellent communication and active listening skills.
Requirements:

• Must have proven 3+ years field experience or equivalent
• CFC Licence
• Have a clean driving record and active driver's license
• Have the ability to work with new technology (e.g. I-Phone, Smart Service, etc.)
• Have the ability to lift 50+ more pounds
• Able to tolerate extreme weather
• Some week-end work and on-call rotation required

Seasonal Linen Associate : Harbinger

Reporting to: Linens Operations Supervisor
Company Services:  Real Estate Sales, Vacation Rentals, Guest services, home owner services, laundry services, general maintenance, upgrades, repairs, heating and air conditioning, pools and spas.
Company Culture:  We are a supportive, team-focused, fun-loving, but high production successful business representing the Best of the Outer Banks since 1980.
Company location:  Sun Realty, Harbinger, NC
Hours:  5 days per week (week-ends, possibly some nights, and spring/summer holidays), seasonal from:
    April/May to September.
Wages:  Competitive based on skills and experience.

• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
• Capable of tolerating varying weather extremes (heat and cold) and long periods of standing.
• Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds.

• Active Driver License; clean driving record
• Experience in a customer driven, high pressure, deadline oriented environment, such as a hospitality or other service industry, is a plus.
• Interact with office and department managers, and work in close proximity with team members.
• Self-starter who is effective with minimal direction.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
• Capable of tolerating varying weather extremes (heat)
• Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds.

Wages:  Competitive, hourly.
