Handicap features:
1st floor queen bedroom has 36" doorways. The top of the mattress is 26" from the floor. The bathroom attached to this bedroom has 2 handrails in shower with a fold down seat and hand held shower head. The shower lip is 1.5". The commode seat is 18.5" from the floor and the pedastal sink is 33.5" from the floor.

    We had a great vacation at this home there were 18 people in our party. The elevator was a life saver, the screen porch was the most used room in the house. Great pool area and good size. The sound pier was great with awesome view, the fishing is not very good due to the shallow water but we did get a few crab and went kayaking. We all agree we will return for more great times!
