    Dana, Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about your concerns. I assure you this is not the standard that Sun strives to uphold. We make every effort to correct any issues when they are reported to us. I wish we could have had that opportunity during your vacation. We do our very best to update our pictures on a regular basis. We also provide Google maps so that the surroundings and beach accesses are apparent. We hope that you will choose Sun Realty again for your next vacation so we'll have the chance to provide you with the best service possible.

    So have the issues been corrected? I'm supposed to stay there the week beginning 9/10. Please advise.

    My family and friends just returned from this house. Its not that bad. Upon arrival it was a little stinky almost musty but once the AC was turned on and running for a little bit the smell cleared. There are ants in the kitchen, not alot but bring zip lock bags to keep open food in. yes there are dunes to walk over but the whole island has dunes, its what protects it from storms........ All in all our stay at this house was fine. No roaches were ever seen. No poison Ivy was seen and there was no garbage left out for us.

  • Beware pictures are deceiving
    My family just came back from staying in this house and it was a mess! Upon arriving at the home we found poison ivy growing under the deck area, trash strewn under the house including an old patio table! Inside there were ants all over the kitchen and dining area, and cock roaches downstairs! The house is cramped (too much furniture), outdated appliances, cooking utensils and some pots had rust. To top that off, they say you can sit and enjoy the ocean waves from the large furnished deck, however the deck furniture was all broken and the only thing you can see are the houses in front of you and a bit of the sand dunes. Oh yeah, the beach access requires you to walk over a 10 ft. sand dune...not easy for those with handicaps or little ones. Would not recommend this house!
