The community also has pools, tennis courts and (for a fee) a fitness center. The pool maybe heated for a fee of $350. It is just a short 885 feet to parking for your car and a quick 400 foot walk down the path to the beach!Features:

This lovely new home has a game room with pool table, wet bar, electronics and a full size refrigerator on the lower level. There is also king master bedroom, laundry and half bath on this level. The mid level offers a king master bedroom with soaking tub and shower, a queen master bedroom, a pyramid bedroom, a bedroom with two bunks and a full bath. The top level features a king master bedroom with soaking tub and shower, a half bath, a ships watch and the living areas with electronics. The home also has an icemaker, private pool, hot tub, multiple televisions and is just a short walk to the beach. Four of the bedrooms, game room, and living room have televisions. Deck access from all the mid level bedrooms.

We stayed here in the beginning of August. We had the most beautiful beach days, and relaxing nights. Great weather!
We have a 4 year old and a 3 year old that walked to and from the beach everyday. The walk from the beach to the house was not bad, and there is parking half way if you have little ones or grandparents with you. The only thing that I would insist the owners do in order to make this a little more liveable is to put hooks EVERYWHERE. THe bathrooms and behind all doors would have been great. There is no were to dry bathing suits, towels , ect. when getting in the shower . I know the dryer is always there , but with all those people it is usually taken. Little things like that would make this house a home away from home.
The grill is very small and hard to cook on for alot of people... we rented a grill for 40 dollars for the week... not a bad price considering. The whole developement seemed to have the same grills. Hope this helps with your vacation:)
