Was invited as a guest to stay at Windancer the last week of June with a group of other 30-somethings. Found it to be a charming, clean, and fun house, with plenty of pleasant and relaxing spaces for both socializing and private time. The abundant deck space and the screened-porch were a favorite hang out spot. Found the house itself to be conveniently located within short walking distances to the beach and the gym/pool. Hope to be able to visit again.

Windancer is my husbands new "favorite" birthday gift. Inside, the beds are comfortable ( a must for good sleep), we like the layout of the kitchen, eatting/game table area and TV area (got to watch college basketball even at the beach). Many meals and games were played on the screened porch. We loved that it was an easy short walk to the beach, started our days with early morning walks on the beach, our lab Lady loved chasing the waves. Winter sun was warm enough for some midday nap time on the beach. Afternoons we enjoyed teh (short) bike ride to the lighthouse ( and the very cute Island Bookstore and Museum). Our favorite was biking to the soundside boardwalk (again a "short ride" which is great for me!). The boardwalk nestled amoung the reeds, water trails zigzagging (next time we will bring our kayak!). Watchign the sunset across the sound than the quick ride back... Soaking in the hottub under the stars was "heaven on earth". ahhh yes, I know what Greg wants for his next birthday... Windancer!
