The lower level has the entrance and laundry room. The mid level offers a king master bedroom, a queen master bedroom and queen bedroom with hall bath. The upper level features the living areas and sun room with sleep sofa. There are sun and shade decks. Other extras include a laptop computer with high speed internet and printer, a fax machine, answering machine, icemaker, charcoal grill, fish cleaning table and plenty of new movies and games. In addition the house has beverage coolers on both decks, a screen tent for the beach, beach chairs, boogie boards, skim boards, umbrella and a beach wagon to help take it all to the beach. This is an extremely well decorated and maintained Swan Beach house that will please your entire family. (ATV's are not allowed.)!

Ode to Joy is the perfect
Ode to Joy is the perfect place to stay for that week long getaway from reality!!! The house and furnishings are outstanding. We have stayed in this house numerous times with family and friends and seem to keep coming back. We planned a trip this year with our own family and chose this house because of the price, location and all of the ammenities this property offers. We are looking forward to another trip next year and may very well stay at this property again!! Thanks again for all of the new memories we made at this house!

This house is amazing!
This house is amazing! It is everything we expected and MORE. The horses have come to visit us everyday. The views of the ocean and the sound from the decks are a wonderful way to both begin and end your day at the beach. The kitchen is a beautiful space and is easily able to handle the prep for large meals. The home is exquisitely decorated and all master bedrooms are a relaxing retreat!
