We liked this house so much when we stayed there in 2006 that we came back this year and we have already reserved our week for 2008. The location is perfect...we walk into Duck every morning to get the paper and visit the shops. The beach is close and not as crowded as some of the public access beach sections. It might be time to do a little updating to the house (new wallpaper, paint, etc.) but all in all it is a great place to stay.

Seaduction Cottage OBX
Hello Sutton Family; I just read your comments on line about my Mom's cottage in OBX. We have made a lot of cosmetic improvements. Wireless internet; added a queen size bed and moved the twin beds to the middle bedroom. Refinishing the furniture in the living room, improved the TV in the living room, etc. We hope if you are planning a vacation on the Outer Banks this year, that you will consider Seaduction, and if there is anything in particular that you think we should do, please let me know.

We just returned from our two week stay in your house. It was wonderful. Great location, short walk to the beach, and we really had a great vacation. Nice to have a tv in every room, no fighting over shows for our two kids! The screened porch was very nice to sit on in the evenings. Will be renting again next summer!

This house was perfect for us. Since there were only 4 of us, we didn't need a large house. This one had 3 bedrooms and everything was on one level. The house was tastefully decorated and there was plenty of room to unload our stuff (built-ins in some bedrooms). Kitchen was fully-stocked with all sorts of equipment as well as things you might like to have like tape, scissors, and batteries. No DVD library, so be sure to bring your own. TVs in every room. Kids loved having a bunk bed and their own TV. Easy walking distance to beach. Secluded private wooded lot. Loved it!

If you are considering a vacation this summer, we would appreciate it if you would consider Seaduction again.
