The fully stocked gourmet kitchen awaits your chef. The unique lanai/recreation room features a wet bar, direct access to the pool and the ocean front decks. Energy efficient lighting throughout makes this home environmentally responsible. A top-of-the-line, 67" home theater system will provide the ultimate entertainment experience, with stadium seating for the whole family. Stay in shape in the fabulous exercise room that offers an elliptical machine, tread mill, and weight machine. After a long day at the beach, relax in the large hot tub for eight. Play to your heart's desire in the incredible game room which boasts a pool table with billiard pockets.      Fabulous is an Understatement!
    We felt like royalty in your exquisite home! The furnishings were beautiful and far beyond "standard" rental quality. Since Mother Nature didn't treat us as kindly as we had hoped, we found this home kept us quite busy with the unbelievable theater room (remote controls were very user-friendly), cozy fireplace, fun play room (pool table and ping pong) and relaxing hot tubs. Most impressive was the kitchen...six hideaway trash bins, two dishwashers, two coffeemakers...what a delight! The 2000-piece puzzle proved to be a wonderful family bonding tool. We cannot thank you enough for putting so much thought into the design, amenities, decor, and beauty of your awesome home. Thank you Ron and Daphne!

     Fantastic Home!!!!!
    We had the pleasure of staying at Seas the Day from 6/09-6/16/12 and wow, wow, wow! Everything in this home is beautiful and the design and layout is one of a kind. We enjoyed the beach on the great weather days and enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, ping pong table, pool table, foosball table and movie room on the extremely windy days! All is first class! Rent this home, you will love it and be glad you did. To the owners--Thanks allowing us to enjoy this fabulous home! We owe you a Crown Royal on our next visit!

    We had a splendid vacation and everyone in the family was so amazed at your beautiful 'beach cottage'. Many thanks for the welcome gift. We enjoyed all of the special treats.You really did think of everything when furnishing the home! It was more than I could have ever asked for in a week vacation on Hatteras. Thank you! My daughter, six, was in love with the pool, bunk beds, and awesome sandbox. She didn't want to go home! We would love to come stay again next year. I have been showing everyone pictures of 'Seas the Day' and I'm hoping they can enjoy a week there sometime as well. I have absolutely nothing but praise for your beach home. Everything was perfect! This was definitely the best experience I have ever had with a beach home rental. Sun Realty was amazing as well! The staff was super polite and very pleasant.

     Simply Beautiful
    The house is simply beautiful and it has everything you need or want in a vacation home. The house is also beautifully decorated and well maintained. The theatre, game, and family rooms are awesome. The kitchen and third floor family rooms are a dream come true. We loved everything about the house.

     Seas the Day
    I just finished my week vacation at the "Seas the Day" home. It was a great time. The home is really nice. One of the things I liked about the home was the in house music system. The home was beautiful and I really had a great time. I loved the large shower in our room, the 3rd floor next to the living room. The theater room was really nice. The pool was the best I have ever used. The pool man arrived, checked the hot tub and pool, and vacuumed the pool. The way the pool is laid out and secure was great. In addition to the alarm for the pool deck door, you could see and check the pool area from all over the house. The house could have been cleaner, when you walked through the house your feet got black on the bottom. The walk to the beach is 5 to 7 minutes but wear something more that sandals, the sand was very hot and my toes burned. 15 miles to Food Lion, 40+ miles to other shopping and attractions.

    We just arrived home from a family vacation in this beautiful home and it was perfect! All the windows surrounding the pool made it so easy to keep track of the kids and allowed the adults time to sit and relax. The kitchen had every utensil/pan/bowl/etc we needed to prepare meals for the week. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. We were absolutely satisfied with every part of this home. We would love to stay in it again in the future.

    What an awesome home! We had so much fun! We went with a big group and we all had plenty of room, beautiful views, and we didn't have to do anything in shifts! The kids were able to swim in the pool while we all kept an eye on them from all over the house! We would definitely stay here again and tell others too!

    We rented in 2009 & loved it. Beautiful, clean. Enjoyed the large windows on all levels that surrounded the pool area & the privacy of pool area (note to sunbathers...you do receive less sunlight). Two large chess tables provided a nice place for 4 laptops...overlooked living room area. Alarm for pool area, lots of space for garbage, lots of space to spread out. -Janet



    Walk to the beach
    My family would like to come in Sept of 2011. Is the walk to the beach very far...it is hard to tell and how far away is this place from the "action"...shopping, night life, etc? It looks like a beautiful place...any other comments are greatly appreciated. Since this is the first time we are doing this, I want it to be just right. Thanks.

    Lonie, Thank you so much for your interest in S-110. This is truly an incredible home! The beach is a 5-7 minute walk - not far at all. There are some really good restaurants in our area and even more in Avon which is just 15 miles away. You can enjoy several different water sports here and you're just a short drive from attractions like the light house, the Wright Brothers Memorial and more. I really think you'll love this home as the owner has provided everything needed for the perfect beach vacation. We'll look forward to seeing you next year!
