This immaculately maintained home on a private road has ocean and sound views for watching those magnificent sunrises AND sunsets of Hatteras Island. There is a sense of privacy here not afforded to homes in subdivisions. You will be able to watch rabbits scurry along the edge of the open fields. You will be oceanside without the hubbub usually associated with it. Excellent place to relax away your vacation.

     First Family Vacation
    This was our first family vacation and my first to the beach...Our almost 1 year old at the time, who is now 15 months old, loved it...He couldn't have enough,especially the sand...We loved the house..It had everything you could possibly need...majority of anything you wanted to do was very close by...I just hate to hear about the Hurricane coming through...hope everything is up and good for more vacationers stays in the future...would love to revisit...there's just no way we could do everything in one week...I must say it'll be a week out of our lives that we'll never forget and cherish forever...Thanks for helping make those memories for us

     Nice House
    This was my first visit to the Outer Banks and it was a great house to start with. The house has a lot of light and feels open. It was clean and decorated nice, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. It was a very short walk to the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. I have been to the islands and have gone to the Jersey shore all my life...I don't want to go anywhere else again except Rodanthe. July is always a very popular vacation month and it seemed like our own private beach. Sun Realty was great to rent through, planning my next trip with them for October.

  • "We loved this house. The
    "We loved this house. The kitchen had almost everything you could want it in to cook with. The house was clean and nicely decorated. We were very close to the beach and the breeze on the upper deck was to die for. We had a great week with swimming, boogie boarding, kayaking and surfing. The only thing that there could be more of is restaurants that serve breakfast on weekends and more restaurants in general in the Rodanthe to Salvo area. It is a very nice unit."
