The lower level has a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a pyramid bunk (single on top, double on bottom) with trundle and a full bath. The lower level also has the entrance and two car garage. The mid level has a queen master bedroom and a king master bedroom, one with whirlpool tub and laundry area. The top level offers the living room with a new 42" Flat screen TV, a wood burning fireplace and electronics, the dining area, updated kitchen and a half bath. This is a well decorated and attractive unit.

Lighthouse Villas are located across from the Corolla Light oceanfront pool and clubhouse and also offer easy access to tennis courts and beach in Corolla.

The best part of this property is its location. Just a very short walk to the pools and the beach as well as the ice cream shop. : ) With 5 kids it's definitely a huge plus to be close to everything. The property itself is average. The bottom floor is very rundown and had I had to sleep down there I would have not been happy. The kids, well, they didn't care. The living area is spacious but the couches are incredibly uncomfortable. The kitchen is adequate but very limited in pots, pans, etc. based on what we've experienced with other rentals. Our vacation was awesome - we love corolla! And sun realty was great to work with. But I don't know that we would rent this house again. Particularly since it seems their rates are increasing.
