Private Pools are generally open from May 3rd through October 13th. Feel free to contact us if you'd like to verify availability for specific dates. Amenities abound and luxury surrounds.Tri-level,reverse floor plan. Newer exterior paint. Sheets and towels provided from 5/11 to 9/16. Pool heat for $275 weekly.

The 1st level has two bedrooms, Queen with TV and a bedroom with 2 set of Bunks with TV. The 2nd level has 4 bedrooms, one with twin beds, 1 Queen with private bath and king with bath. Enjoy the open floor plan on 3rd floor with gas fireplace. Fantastic views from the rooftop deck. Covered porch and screen porch complete the comforts in this house. Summer's Song will make your vacation one to remember. First floor game room with wet bar, pool table and flat screen TV. WIFI. All bedrooms have flat plasma TVs and DVDs. Surround sound and 42" flat screen TV in great room. Avon, Hatteras Island.

Each of these lovely homes is located close to either the ocean or the sound. Kinnakeet Shores offers an oceanfront Olympic-sized pool‚ kiddie pool and 2 tennis courts. (Amenities not available to all homes.)

     Great vacation!
    We recently stayed at Summer's Song and had a wonderful vacation and reunion with good friends! We LOVED the tiki bar with extra refrig, pool, outside bath and hot tub! The house is very comfortable with lots of places for large groups to gather, or private nooks to get away to read a good book! We appreciated the good view of the ocean between the houses across the street. Food Lion and Ace Hardware are conveniently close. Our only comments to improve are to upgrade the grill (small, park grill was difficult to grill food for large group), the basketball hoop is worn, and the volleyball court was overgrown. Overall, a great house where many good memories were made!

    We recently stayed at Summer's Song and had a very comfortable week in this home. The kitchen is well stocked. The house furnishings were very comfortable and the views of the ocean were what we expected at 400ft.from the beach. The walk to the beach was very easy thanks to the steps over the dunes. One suggestion to the owners is to please add an umbrella to the pool area. The pool receives full sun from about 12 noon until sunset. It was too hot to sit by the pool and watch our kids swim. It would be a much needed addition.
