  • Summer Wind is just
    Summer Wind is just beautiful! It is well appointed for all ages. Our family enjoys the pool, hot tub, pool table, bikes, swings. There are accomodations for everyone. Walking access to the beach, bike/running trails and vincity to Duck shopping and restaurants are a definite plus. We are looking forward to our next visit.

    Clean, quiet, comfortable and roomy. Our family has stayed here two summers in a row and we look forward to going each year. The proximity to Duck and its other amenities make this a desirable and enjoyable trip every year.

    Not Close to Beach
    This is a gorgeous house, really it is, but don't be fooled that it is close to anything that resembles a beach. It is at least a half a mile walk if not further. I cannot believe that they write it is close than some "beach front" properties, IT IS NOT. Again, gorgeous house, and if you don't mind a hoof to the beach, then it's fine, but we are very sad in the location as it is not as isolated as they make it out to be, and it is smack dab in the middle of this land mass and is NOT close at all to the beach.

  • Wonderful House
    We had a wonderful week at Summer Wind. The house is kept beautifully and the pool was wonderful. The only negative is that the DVD player in the family room did not work which prevented us from watching movies as a family. We called Sun Realty repeatedly and they told us that the owner of the house wasn't returning their phone calls and that there was nothing that they could do about it..
