Your vacation dreams begin on the ground level where you’ll find a 2 car garage with ping pong table, 7’ air hockey table and ample storage for all of your beach gear. The expansive ocean view game room features a media area with 65” plasma home theater system with surround sound, BluRay player, karaoke system, XM radio and an elevated row of 5 fully reclining leather loungers for the ultimate in entertainment. Large groups will appreciate a sofa, queen sleeper sofa and an over-sized chair for comfort. Everyone will have fun with an 8’ pool table, foosball table, musical keyboard and kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, ice machine and expanded bar with wall to wall windows that let you feel like you are part of the group just outside at the pool. Private Pools are generally open from May 3rd through October 13th however the owner may consider extended pool dates. Feel free to contact us if you'd like to verify availability for specific dates. The amazing pool deck offers a large gas grill next to the shaded Tiki bar and full-size stone dining table with comfortable cushioned seating, bistro tables, 12 quality loungers, a putting green and a 92 jet, 8 person hot tub. The luxurious king size lounger is perfect for lounging in the shade of the cabana by the pool. Just inside is a half bath for your convenience. There is also a large laundry room there with 2 washers & dryers. The kids will love the huge master suite with 2 pyramid bunks (1 with trundle) and large window seating area surrounding a Lego table. The king master on this level is handicap friendly with an extra wide roll in shower and direct access to the pool area. Guests of this suite will be spoiled by amazing ocean views.

Your vacation dreams continue on the mid-level where you’ll find a unique two-story wall of windows offering ocean views that will take your breath away. Relax in front of the gas fireplace that is encased in a one of a kind wall of sea shells that brings the beach inside. The 55” LED TV home theater system with surround sound and BluRay will provide hours of entertainment in this room. The over-sized sectional sofa offers the ultimate in comfort and is sure to provide enough seating for even the largest group. The open floor plan features a large gourmet kitchen, bar and dining room complete with double Italian marble tables to accommodate 16 more family members. Your chef will love the extra large Sub-zero refrigerator, double oven/convection range, a 2nd electric range, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers and a commercial ice machine. The marble buffet holds a complete selection of convenient appliances that makes preparing meals a delight. The powder room off the great room is so convenient. Experience the ultimate in luxury in the king master suite with a double Jacuzzi and extra large double shower. There are plenty of places to lay your head on the top floor after a long day at the beach. There are four king master suites, each with its own Jacuzzi and large flat screen TV/DVD. There amazing views to be had by all.

If you must work, then the office area makes it pleasurable as you look over the great room or take in the panoramic views of the ocean and sound.

Want to get away from it all for a while? Then retreat to the top floor where you can choose from a large variety of books from the floor to ceiling library. It’s an easy walk on the boardwalk to the wide-open, pristine beaches that only Hatteras Island can offer. Dining, shopping and world-class marinas are all nearby.
