Nice place. One building back on second floor. Good ocean view from the deck. 3 chairs on the deck. We did not use the pool but it is fine, a little small, but it works. The beach is great and you can easily walk to town or drive to the end of the lane and park, then walk the rest. Towels are not included, but there were some beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet we found. No need to pay much more and then you can eat out more and buy drinks!
