I have been going to the OBX since I was 4, more than 23 years now, and my wife and I recently stayed at Cove Landing for our honeymoon. The house had the best view of any that I have ever stayed in with the Currituck sound literally being in your backyard and fantastic scenes of it from the deck. Honestly, the pictures do not do it justice. We were also very happy that the house was pet friendly so that we could take our Catahoula and our Rottie mix with us and I think they might have even had a better time than us. A big plus for them was that the deck is isolated to the house itself with no stairs to the backyard. This allowed them to roam the deck, napping and smelling all the new things without us worrying about them running off. What I am very obviously trying to say is that both myself and my wife loved this house and will definitely be returning to it next year.
