The lower level has a large tiled game room with foosball, wet bar and half bath. The game room opens to the pool and hot tub area. The mid level has a den, two bedrooms with single beds, a pyramid bunk bedroom, two queen bedrooms and two full baths. The top level has two king master bedrooms, a half bath and living area with gas fireplace.

Bogie Nights gave us an oceanside vacation at a westside rate! Can't get over the privacy this huge compound offered for our family reunion. So nice to sunbath, entertain and unwind without neighbors intruding. This kids love walking to the beach everyday and we loved the heated pool and spa.
