5 bedrooms, 3 bth (K,2Q,4S) Enjoy gorgeous ocean views from the great room. Lovely home with well equipped kitchen. Enjoy the access to the YMCA membership for up to 9 people and Outer Banks Pier Passes (Two passes) Large collection of games and videos. MP 18.25. Sheets are provided for full week rentals in 2012. Updates for 2012 include: New dishwasher, tile in hall and around living room slider, new picnic table, and wireless internet access!

     Nirvana 511
    The location could not have been better. However, this house needs a lot of TLC. There were many things which were broken, not working, or simply very old (e.g. broken ice-maker, broken blinds, outside shower is pitch-dark with a lot of sand build-up, dishwasher top rack collapses & door to soap dispenser is gone, dining table is bowing, ETC.). The house has a lot of potential but seriously needs to be updated and fixed in general.

    We had a great week, but guests need to know that the fishing pier passes were only for 2 guests at the cottage. I don't know about the YMCA membership passes. Also, the downstairs bathrooms were not 2 hall baths. They are 2 jack and jill baths. One between the two queen bedrooms and one between the 2 single rooms.

    This cottage is conveniently located at MP 18.25. Shopping, dining, golfing, fishing and much more are within short distance. Great oceanfront cottage with the beach within a few short steps. Enjoy the benefits of the YMCA including the community pool and the fitness center. Many amenities are included!
