We enjoyed a great week at Hudson's Hamlet in late September. The weather was perfect for enjoying the private pool and hot tub and we were conveniently located across the street from public beach access and nearby attractions.
The only negatives about the house were regarding maintenance. The carpet had some staining and many of the blinds and towel racks were broken. There was also a bifold door in one of the bedrooms that wasn't placed in its track and it fell on my three year old (no worries, he was ok). The point of this is that the house was really great although the owner/realty company should do a more rigorous inspection and make the small repairs when necessary to make the experience more enjoyable.
That being said, we'll definitely consider staying next year because it was a very nice place!
