     Wish it was Home!
    This was our 1st year renting this home and it will always be the house we will consider and recommend to everyone. This house more than meets your expectations. There is something for everyone. There is plenty of entertainment for the kids and grown ups too! Love all the porches and swings, great for ready a book or an afternoon nap hearing the ocean sound. Great location and convenient to the beach access, shopping, restaurants and practically next door to an excellent ice cream shop. I must say the best thing about this house is it's cleanliness an upkeep. I could only wish my home was this nice. Look no further, this is the house for you!! Can't wait to go back!

    I would like to say this is the best rental house I have ever rented. We are repeat renters. There was absolutely nothing I didn't like. It is in a great location, Close to shopping and eating. Not crowded at all. The beach access is ideal. The house is so comfortable with all the ammenities you could ever want. It truely has all the comforts of home and more. We have 4 families that join together each year for a reunion, it is very affordable. We have plenty of room to eat together, to watch TV together, to sit by the pool together or get in the hot tub but if we want to retreat to our rooms, we can relax and watch TV there. The porch swings are nice, you can view the ocean or the sound. It is marveolous. If you are looking for a great vacation home away from home this home would be great for you.

    "We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house features some upgraded appliances and plenty of swings and a huge porch. The pool and hot tub were wonderful with a bar area and easy access to the beach. we look forward to returning to this house. "

    We have stayed at this home for the past three years. The house is perfectly located across from the beach access, has great views, and is the perfect size for a combined-family getaway. The furnishings are comfortable and amenities are wonderful. The owners have put careful thought into every detail--we never lacked for anything! The location is really convenient to restaurants, shopping, and family activities like putt-putt, jet-skiing, and go-carts. The kids love the afternoons by the pool, and the adults really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub! We highly recommend the Grand Mariner!

  • Vacation
    We have been vacationing on the Outer Banks for 6 years and always rent the Grand Mariner. It is an awesome home with plenty of room. The outside grill is awesome. It is so close to everything you want to do. The owners do a great job updating it from year to year. Thank you so much for many precious memories. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone. Try it because you will definitely like it.
