Great property, no concerns in my family for re-renting another time. I\'ve rented beach homes for 20 years along the coastlines of NJ, NC, SC, FL (Atlantic and gulf coasts) and TX. This is a nice property, a true house, well furnished, and not a trailer on stilts. Best feature - extremely clean, we were willing to walk around barefoot, no dirt, no hair, no mess. The property manager is paying good attention to this property. Benefits - spacious layout, room for everyone to do their own thing when a moment of solitude is required. Attractively furnished and finished, with much more color and detail than the typical white on white on white with bargain furniture, it\'s furnished as if the owners would actually care to stay there sometime, and I bet they do. Novel use of the lower level as a separate living area instead of underhome parking. While you are extremely close to the beach, if you have any mobility concerns you will not be able to walk directly to the beach because the intervening sand dune is 20 feet tall and steep and without stairs or walkway (but public access is 2 or 3 driveways to the north). The stairway to the lower level living area is external, that is, you have to go out the front door and down the stairs to enter that living area. That\'s not bad, except you couldn\'t then place a young child in the fourth bedroom on the lower level unless he or she was old enough and responsible enough to live alone. I would rent this property again, and with preference compared to other similarly priced properties."
