Layout:
Lower level offers a game room with pool table, kitchenette with full size refrigerator/ ice maker, game table,
loads of board games and books, a wall mounted 37" flat screen LCD TV,DVD player, and a full bath.
Mid level features a den with entertainment center, a king and queen master bedroom, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two singles, a bedroom with two bunks and three full baths.
Top level has a king master bedroom that is handicap accessible, a half bath and large living area. The great room boasts a 42" wall mounted flat screen LCD TV. There is a screened porch, and multiple decks.
The hot tub is located on mid level back deck with gated stairs to the pool area. This home is two lots to the beach and is semi oceanfront!

This is a very nice house with good beds and plenty of room for a large family. There are tons of games and puzzles and televisions to keep just about everyone happy. The pool is clean and well maintained and the adults enjoyed the hot tub just about every evening after the young ones were in bed. "Steps to the beach" is a bit misleading. While it appears that you can walk directly across the street to the beach, it is not the case. You must go to the "beach access," which is about two blocks. It isn't an arduous trek, however, when you have multiple young children and are trying to carry chairs, coolers, toys and other paraphenalia required for a day at the beach, it can be a bit daunting, and "potty breaks" can be a challenge with that many "steps to the beach." However, we had a very nice time and recommend this house.
