When you’re ready to hit the beach just walk out your back door and you’re there! This home is centrally located to plenty of great restaurants, shopping and one of kind local attractions. Pack a little lighter for 2013, bed linens are provided for all weekly reservations. The Guilford house has so much to offer, you'll want to come back year after year!
Ground level: NEW FOR 2013- Enjoy a second full size refrigerator to hold all your drinks and snacks for easy access to the beach. Ample storage for all your beach accessories and children’s toys. Outside shower located right as you come off the beach.
Main level: Your family will enjoy magnificent ocean views while the chef in the family will love the newly remodeled kitchen with new appliances, cabinetry, and flooring. Right next to the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 8 around the table and 4 additional bar height seats in the kitchen. You will also find a bedroom (Q) with wall mounted TV, sliding glass door to the deck and a full bathroom. This bathroom was partially renovated in 2012 to include new vanity, toilet and shower doors. Family room has a large TV and blu ray DVD player.
Upper level: On this level enjoy 4 spacious bedrooms (new carpeting throughout the home in 2012) all with queen beds enjoy falling asleep listening to the ocean wave’s crash right outside your window. The two oceanfront rooms also come with a TV in each room. A completely remodeled and upgraded bathroom allows for plenty of storage for everyone in the home.
