    This home is well maintained, very clean and new decorations were up since 2011. We spent more time on the beach this year so the 50ft beach access is exactly what we liked!! My daughter was able to go back and forth to the beach without constant supervision.

    We have enjoyed coming to this cottage for years. The children enjoy the gameroom on bad beach days and the addition of the hot tub really helps with the relaxing.

  • Just completed a one week
    Just completed a one week stay. The house has very nice views of ocean, convenient/direct access to the beach. We had a blast playing various games with the ping pong table. All appliances worked pretty well, no complaints really! Most importantly: we would rent this space again.

    Just returned from a wonderful week at this beach house. It was very clean and neat when we arrived.We enjoyed the hot tub at the end of an active day and the Grandkids loved the game room.Great view and easy access to the beach. All in all everyone had a great vacation. Thanks and keep up the good work.

    The cottage was just as we expected - quaint, bright, and very neat and clean. Beach views and access were excellent. Really loved the deck. Enjoyed the hot tub tremendously! Thank you for being pet friendly. The dog loved basking in the sunlight and digging on the beach! We would love to stay again!

    We loved this house for the easy beach access across beach road. The central air was working great, the decor clean and new-looking. The jacuzzi was big and not too hot for the summer. The only drawbacks I have seen were it was dark in the garage area, the "outside shower" is in the garage, and I missed not having a clothesline for towels and bathing suits. I have been vacationing in the OBX since I was a child. This was a very good rental.
