  • TNT Retreat 238
    We had the house right after Hurricane Earl passed by. The house suffered only minor damage (lost some siding). The cable box in the living room had broke but was fixed very quickly & the Sun Realty staff were so helpful! The house itself was perfect for the three of us. One thing though. The description lists a VCR. It actually has a DVD/VHS combo player in it.

    Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Hurricane Earl did come through and caused some minor trouble, but I’m glad to see that it didn’t hinder your vacation too much. I’m also glad to hear that we were able to quickly repair the broken cable box. We look forward to seeing you vacation on the Outer Banks in the future.

  • This house has a great
    This house has a great upstairs view and is very comfortable. I would like to see restrictions on beach access for other families living across the beach road (especially ones with very poor beach etiquette) on the right side of the home. Also the ice maker does not work.

    I am very happy to hear that you enjoyed the amazing view from this home. There is nothing like waking up every morning to a view of the ocean. I do apologize for the inconvenience of having people accessing the beach beside your home. We do our best to make guests aware of the public beach accesses, in hopes of avoiding this. Thank you for noting that the icemaker was working. We have reported this to Sun Services to have it repaired. Thanks for sharing your comment with us. We look forward to seeing you on the Outer Banks again soon.
