We really enjoyed this house. This is the best house that We have stayed at on the Outer Banks. Great layout. Not too many stairs. We would love to stay here again.

"Our vacation stay at cottage 112 was simply
wonderful. The cottage was perfect for my family.
It is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is
stocked with many items necessary for preparing
meals. The location of the cottage is great. It is an
easy walk to the beach and just far enough from
Duck to be away from the hustle and bustle, but
close enough to get what you need. Sun Reality is
excellent to work with in the whole vacation
experience--from booking the cottage to checking
out."

Just love this house.
Just love this house. Convienent to Duck but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. North Duck Watersports located across the street from Flight Drive, on the sound side, is a plus with kids (or adults)who like Waverunners, Jet Skis, kayaks, pontoon boats, sailboats and windsurfing gear! Close to all the walking/running trails in Sanderling community. Quiet street with an easy walk to the beach.
