As a fall tradition, each year our 7 Sun Realty locations compete in an annual costume and pumpkin decorating contest. This year we have decided to include our Sun Realty guests, past/present/future, in the fun! Submit your best Halloween or Fall themed photo for a chance to win $75 off your new 2015 reservation. Our "HalloWIN Photo Contest" is now open for voting. See our Sun Realty NC Facebook page to cast your vote or submit a photo today!
How to Enter: You may submit your photo on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/SunRealtyNC) under the "HalloWIN Photo Contest" tab at the top of the page.

Email your photo along with your name, city, and contact information to facebook@sunrealtync.com.
Rules and Regulations:
- Only original photos taken by a contestant or family members allowed. Higher resolution is better.
- All participants must include their name, city, and contact information.
- A short descriptive caption for each photo is preferred.
- Only one photo submission allowed per Facebook user.
- Only one vote per Facebook user per day allowed.
- Must be over 21 years of age and eligible to sign a lease agreement with Sun Realty of Nags Head, Inc., if chosen as a winner.
- Photos must be appropriate for viewers of all ages.
- Any Halloween or Fall related photos will be accepted including but not limited to kids, pets, decor, adult/family costumes.
- By entering you agree that Sun Realty of Nags Head, Inc. may use your photos for marketing and advertising purposes via email, online, print ads, etc.
- The contest ends at midnight on October 31, 2014. The winner(s) will be chosen by 5:00 pm on November 12, 2014. Winner(s) will be notified by phone, mail, and/or email.
- Participants with incorrect or incomplete information will not be considered.
- Discount can only be applied to new, full-week reservation beginning January 1 - December 31, 2015.
- Sun Realty reserves the right to change contest rules and regulations at any time.
